This project is a large remodel and addition completed in 2023, designed by Lodestone Design Group with interior design performed by CSB. This remodel was unique in having an existing sun room that was pulling away from the home.  Given this was not permitted at the time the previous owners had added it, our clients opted to save the structure and bring it up to the highest building standards.  The photos highlight the custom updates throughout the home.

Energy efficiency was paramount so the home was completed with a SIP roof assembly, insulated exterior wall sheathing, and upgraded lighting and HVAC system.
