Are you licensed and insured?

  • Yes, our company maintains a contractor B license in Denver and we maintain credentials in many other municipalities.  Colorado operates on a municipal level for general contracting licensing.  A general "B" license allows us to build all residential and commercial buildings up to 75' in height.  We carry general liability, builder's risk, and workman's compensation insurance.

Where are you located?

  • We are located in Firestone Colorado and have capabilities to operate along the front range from Loveland to Castle Rock.  

What is your average size project?

  • We are a small firm with just a handful of key employees.  With our management process, our team is able to manage projects from $50,000 to $10 Million.
