OUR ROOTS
Our roots run deep with this story beginning in 1948 when Jean Braucht returned from WWII to build his first house on Clarkson Street in Englewood, Colorado. Before he could complete it, a realtor knocked on the door and made him an offer he couldn't refuse. This started the family construction business which quickly developed into a full service custom home builder. As the company grew, the Braucht name became synonymous with innovation in design and customer service.
Our founder Taylor Braucht worked for the family business from the time he could hold a hammer until his departure from the company in 2013. At that point Taylor incorporated Clarkson Street Builders as a consulting firm and moved on to work in commercial HVAC and Plumbing. The passion for custom home building always remained and with that, Clarkson Street Builders became a full service design-build general contractor and luxury home builder..

Custom traditional carriage house located in Cherry Hills, Colorado. This project is a design-build and is currently in progress with a completion date of Spring 2020.
Longmont Kitchen Upgrade
Custom Kitchen upgrade located in Longmont, Colorado. This is project has been designed by Lodestone Design Group based in Longmont, Colorado and is currently in progress.
